I had acne when I was 16 and due to neglecting my skin and picking at the acne, I'm left with these red marks largely on my forehead and some on my face. I have an image below as I don't know how severe it is. I'm considering saving a lot of money for laser treatment on it, how many would I need looking at the marks and do I have some other options?

I think some of the marks on my cheeks are also highlighted by the fact that I used tea tree oil on my face which made it go a little red :/ I trusted my mothers advice, turned out to be wrong, anyway any ideas or suggestions? It's mainly the forehead I'm concerned about
