well im 25 and after years of suffering cyst acne mine is settled alot now, just left with horrible nasty ugly scars and redness here and there!

It depends on your hormone. Maybe 17, 20, 25, 30, 40 or...never. I'm 21 year-old male and still have mild acne, since 15.

Teenage acne ends immediately the second you turn 20. But for an actual answer, it could be any time from 20's-60's. It depends on the severity and what is causing it. For most people who don't have very bad acne, it should clear up in their 20's.
