that is not a cyst...not to take anything away from the frustration, but that is a whitehead...a cyst is an underground nodule that doesn't usually come to a head, it's painful and it throbs

okay so that is a whitehead...so use an acne body wash all over including your arms, that should help

if it's pervasive, I'm a fan of sea salt baths, search the forums here- dead sea salts are healing, but not always practical to take baths everyday
