so i used them both togethor and people said not to because it makes a dark staining however i dont see any ? o.o

Hyrdoquinone can trigger acne- it does not treat it, it is a bleaching agent. BPO treats acne.

oh it hasnt cause me any acne so far but i been getting acne breakout on my chin and around my mouth but i doubt its from that because my whole face should be too then ?

It's hard to say. A breakout from a product or supplement happens usually within 24-48 hrs of using/taking it.

If you research Hydroquinone, it says a stain is possible side effect. Side effect means it doesn't happen every time to everyone. A side effect's presence or absence doesn't indicate whether the product's active ingredients are working or not.
