im from georgia and i went to new york for 6 days and i sweated alot there. when i said i sweated alot i mean i sweated so much everyday. i would go about 5-6 hours before i could wash my face. when i came back to georgia, i got all these small flesh colored bumps all over my face. is this sweat bumps, clogged pores, or something else? please help me get rid of these! ive been using proactiv and it has not done anything to the small bumps. the bumps all all over my forehead and cheeks. please help me
It sounds a lot like Milia which you usually only see on babies but adults can get it too. Have you seen a dermatologist? Coconut oil cures everything, I swear. It would not hurt to put it on there. Have you tried exfoliating with a scrub?
i thought the renewing cleanser exfoliates? i have not been to the dermatologist because he is so busy all the time.

I have read many of these types of threads about these bumps, and suffered from them myself. I think they are closed comedones. They would be caused by fungal folliculitis, in which case washing your skin with a dandruff shampoo would help after about 1 week; they could also be simple acne comedones, in which case a retinoid or accutane would be recommended after dietary modification.
