I have this big pimple on my upper cheek, never had one this big and I have suffered of moderate acne for the last 4 years. It doesn't look so big on the pictures, but a lot of it is like inflammation under the skin...

I don't know if it's a cyst since it seems to have a large white head (which is IMPOSSIBLE to pop because it is too deep under the skin) It is also really hard all aroud it and inflammed

I'm scared it might get worse and infected and seriously, I've never had anything like this before. I'm applying hot compress on it whenever I'm home and I stopped applying my topicals on it because I don't want it to get all irritated...

Should I wait or should I go to the doctor (like I'm planning to go tomorrow morning...) or do something else ???

I'm really desperate cause i've never dealt with something like this... help me please !
