Looks like the only thing you haven't tried is oral or topical antifungals. Trust me I've been there and a lot if drs will never think of yeast or fungus when they see you. I insisted on an oral antifungal and spots I had for a year dried up in 12 hrs. For some immediate relief was your take dandruff shampoo put some on spots lather with a tiny bit if water and let sit for 10 min. Air dry or use a hair dryer then apply jock itch cream. Fungus can become resistant so I switch between pyrithione zinc, ketaconazole and selenium sulfide for shampoo and clotrimazole, lamisil and Monistat for lotion. I also reduced sugar intake. None of this can hurt so test on a small area just to see. Home remedies helped but what really kicked it in the rear was an oral antifungal (nizoral)

Appreciate the help. Gonna look into this. My skin is already extremely dry and tight though even without using any product, will Nizoral dry me out?
I wouldn't consider Centrum to be a respectable multi-vitamin.
Good skin is made in the kitchen, not a result from expensive skin regimens.
I would take:
A GOOD multivitamin, that's whole food based and non synthetic (Garden of Life or New Chapter)
Omega 3 Fish Oil
Garden of life's 400 billion 5 day max care cleanse
Then after you are do e with your probiotic I would consume fermented foods such as Kefir, Saurkruat, and Kombucha. It would be most cost effective if you made these at home yourself.
Most store bought fermented items are pasteurized and focus on flavor more then the good bacteria strains.
The only think I would put on your face is cold water and aloe.
Try it for 1 month alongside with a Hypoallergenic Diet.
The fact that your acne seems to be concentrated on the lower half of your face may mean it is hormonal (all acne is but it may be hormonal as in one hormone or another may be out of whack). I also second diet changes as it is probably the easiest change you can make and if it works for you, you won't have to be dependent on products that work for only a short period of time. I would recommend cutting out
100%dairy
100% gluten
and maybe going paleo, eating tons of greens
Good Luck and keep us posted
theres the problem right there
you tried so many products that you dont know whats actually working and it usually takes atleast 3 months for a improvement on some on those you labled
you could be clogging your pores and destroying your skin if you dont know what you put on your face
also i doubt you sticked with the diets strictly ?
