I only eat gluten-free whole grain grains now. Would these still be causing acne?
What grains could i eat, if any?
If i threw out completely all grains, how would i get carbs?
Would i be ok just eating old fashioned oats?

You can use grains sourced from rice, almond flour, coconut flour, etc.
Whole oats are naturally gluten free, so oatmeal is a good choice for breakfast.
Why do you think yogurt causes acne?
Unless you have been tested and know you have a food allergy of some sort going to this extent to avoid foods is not necessary.
