Hi,

I had mild acne all my life. I'd like a clearer skin so I just wonder how much $ and time you spend on this regimen and if there are alternatives for Canadians. Sorry but I didn't want to read the entire forum.

For me personally: I exfoliate twice a week, wash my face (with warm-to-cold water) twice a day, don't touch my face, don't drink/eat dairy products (milk, cookies, etc.), drink 2Liters of water every day, stay away from sugar as much as possible, take a multivitamin every morning, and try to eat as many vegetables as possible every day.

This is just my daily routine and my acne has been clearing up alot more. Money-wise, it all depends on the costs for you in Canada. (since I live in the U.S) But, it's moderately cheap in my opinion. (besides the vegetables since they get quite expensive after a while of buying)

Try some of these methods if you want. :)
