My prom is in a few weeks and I'm having a mental breakdown. Does anyone know what kind of acne this is and how I can cure it?? My face is always extremely dry also, so all I can do is rinse my face off with water. I'm not able to use any cleansers.

my face is actually perfectly smooth, I just have all of these red and dark spots

If this is not the leftovers from acne, you should consider if it is an infection or allergy. Your pics dont have a clear image though.
