I went it the doctor last year she gave me some pills and cream and they were gone in 2 days and I didn't use any cream or face wash since only warm water from the shower, but recently I started using dove soap and face wash and now my spots seem to be coming back, should I just use nothing? And also I thn kik getting more spots on my back and a shoulders what do I do for that
