Hello,

I just tonight stupidly poked my raised cyst (pea size) on cheek near nose with a sterilized needle, and then squeezed the crap out of it (I know I'm only supposed to lightly press if at all...). Now I have a horribly deep dark purplish mark where the dark blood is under the area I squeezed.

I know that this will take forever to go away and I hate myself for doing this...

I was wondering if a cortizone shot would help? Or is this only for cysts that have not been popped?
