Hey, so I took prednisone for poison ivy and wow did it clear me up, but after I stopped it I had the worst breakout ever and now it's going away after starting bactrim/44mg zinc/2000iu vitamin D. Now however, there are bright red spots left over where the weird bumps used to be, skin feels somewhat smooth, but the red spots everywhere look horrible.. I'm assuming these are scars? However I did not pick that much.

Should I do baking soda mask before a shower? Apply lemon juice? Take vitamin c pills?

I hate acne!!!!!
