i don't think it's normal, or not the way in which the treatment works. for me it almost completely cleared me in a week. actually in 2days for my face. but i was also using topical antibiotic zineryt (why didn't he prescribe you topical antibiotic too(?)).

but the thing is i was younger @ 23y, and i think the older you get, the less antibiotics work (i'm not sure).

I went back to see him, I was told me that it was normal and I must be patient. The doctor also sold me Clindoxyl gel to apply daily. Perhaps I am older and so the antibiotic is not so effective. Did your acne recur after the treatment?
