I have this pimple right under my nose that will go away for a week, leave a massive red scar, then next week it's back in the same spot. Then that cycle repeats over and over and over!

What am I supposed to do?

I use tea tree oil and that helps somewhat, but like I said, comes back the next week.

Why does it keep getting re infected?

I eat healthy, use cetaphil as my face wash, trader joes lotion mixed with a few drops of tea tree oil and that's it, sleep on a clean pillow case every night, use cotton balls to apply lotion so I don't have to touch my face ugh!
