About a week ago I had a pimple on the side of my nose. I'd gotten these before so I popped it and let it heal. However after everything was all done I find a tiny red bump in the spot. I've put BP on it and squeezed it but nothing comes out. It's been there for a few days now and I am scared that it could be permanent.

Please help will this be permanent??? Or will it go away after a while please help I'm really scared
