This is a problem I am currently suffering with. I have several cysts on my cheek really close together. The only way I really know is to take oral medication along with a lotion while religiously using a face wash. My acne cleared up while doing this for a about 6 months but recently it's like it's came back with a vengeance and gave me really bad check acne(5-10 cysts in close proximity) there's no quick fix but if you keep at it you will see great results and hopefully it won't come back.

Besides your regular acne regimen, I recommend washing your pillow case on a weekly basis! Lots of dirt can build up here and cause acne. I have even wrapped my pillows with clean towels!

It sounds weird but I have had acne for like 4 years, I had it really bad on my cheeks for 2 or 3 years, and now I rarely get a spot. My main issue now is my T zone. Its like my pores got burnt out or something on my cheeks. Just stop picking and let it run its course, as hard as it may seem.
