You're beautiful. If you feel super uncomfortable, you could always try a BB cream or tinted moisturizer just to counteract some of the redness rather than a full coverage foundation. As long you properly wash off you makeup every night, it should not aggravate your acne.
You're beautiful!!
I specialize in acne/acne scar removal. I would love to talk about how to get rid of your acne in a healthy and realistic way. No 10 step regimen and I am not the esthetician that will ever say you need to break out before getting a result. This is an easy fix, trust me!

Thanks everyone.
Does my acne look severe or moderate? I'm considering accutane but my partner and I want to try for a baby next year so might not be the best thing to do.
I know you can't go on it if you are preggers or trying.
I just really hate living like this, one minute it's ok, then I have an inflamed flare-up for no reason.
Thanks everyone.

I would say moderate. Accutane would probably work great for you but youre right you cant get pregnant while on it. But you can always wait to go on it and know that there is something you can take that is going to give you clear skin.
I'd say it's moderate acne.
Have you ever had chemical peels and/or microdermabrasions? I think the two treatments done over a series will make a huge difference. PCA Chemical Peels with Resorcinol, 1 peel every 4-6 weeks for about 3-4 peels. do not do peels in the summer, the sun messes with the chemicals. You will peel, like a sunburn, for about 5 days. It will look like super dry skin. You might feel a little bumpy while peeling, but I assure you it's not a breakout. It's your skin shedding, in a slow, healthy way. My clients get a chemical peel, then microdermabrasion to buff the dead skin cells off. You'll see a huge difference in one treatment (peel then microdermabrasion) The day you get the peel you will not peel right away. It usually takes 1-3 days for it to start. Just fyi. I know a lot of people are nervous about chemical peels, this wont turn you colors or make you raw. If you're using any sort of retinol stop using 2 weeks before and up to 10 days after the peel.
Also, you can do microdermabrasions year round since there is little to no down time. Your home regimen will also make a huge difference. What are you using now for cleanser, toner, moisturizer, etc?
