I have a couple of deep pimples that have been around for 6 months. They're pretty flat now but still red and scabby. Is this unusual? How long does it take to heal? Thanks

It usually takes mine about a month maximum, to be honest. 6 months sounds a bit unusual.

Yeah a month is maximum for most pimples. Anything after that tends to harden. Try icing them down 30mins. Check what results you get the next day.

Thats odd, 6 months is a really long time for the pimple still to be there, especially if they are inflamed or scabby.

Do you put anything on them?

Well the two pimples started out deep and took a long time to come to the surface. They are definitely pimples. doc said redness can take many months to go away. I really don't know what to put on them right now.
