I am 16 and have typical acne. Not bad. I play football and my helmet sometimes irritates or pops a pimple. I don't touch or pick at all. This won't cause scarring will it?

well if the helmet keeps touching it for prolong hours... Maybe. It will sting or hurt. I assume.
