I'm now on my second week of Epiduo, day 11 to be exact, and I am definitely experiencing one of the worst breakouts of my life. I have never had this many bumps on my face at one time, including cysts, blackheads, whiteheads, and regular pimples. My dermatologist said it would get worse before it got better. I guess I didn't expect for it to be this bad. Is this normal? I'm having a hard time dealing with it. I refuse to leave the house and I cry at least a couple times everyday.

I guess I'm just looking for reassurance that it will get better. Has anyone else experienced a bad initial breakout on Epiduo? How long did it last? I'm also on doxycycline but I haven't noticed any effects from that, although I have only been on it for two weeks.
