Need Help, Sudden Breaking Out/spreading Acne On Face

I've had acne JUST on my cheeks for a while now... they seem to come out symmetrically. However, starting about a month and a half, I started to break out almost every other day. In addition to that, it is spreading from my cheeks outward. Some of it just become scars right away overnight without it even popping or anything. Some just look like red marks. I don't pick at my skin or squeeze my pimples. The only time they do pop is when I'm washing my face. PLEASE HELP! You need to see a dermatologist when it starts spreading that quickly.

Are you using any topicals to control it?

Be aware that changes in eating, such as dairy, soy, sugar, or caffeine are triggers for acne. Lack of vitamin D3 from the sun is a trigger. Sleep deprivation or irregular sleep schedules are a trigger. Stress is a trigger. Lots of sexual/physical activity is a trigger.

this is how i was breaking out but only on the right side of my face and jawline. I used the regimen and it mostly went away except for the occasional break out here and then

I was using benzoyl peroxide and a salicylic moisturizer for about tw months but when I started to break out really badly I stopped. Now I use neutrogena facial cleanser morning and night and salicylic moisturizer at night only.

I'd say in most cases, although I'm speaking off of first hand experience, a breakout like that has little to nothing to do with the type of cleanser you're using. Your body is experiencing some sort of change.. And it's very hard to pinpoint exactly what is causing this change, which is usually an imbalance of something such as hormones. What's your diet like? And are you doing anything, or experiencing something "new" in your life, or some sort of change?
