I had this closed comedone for a a year or two and it finally became inflamed and turned into a cyst.

A big hard pus seed came out and the cyst eventually went away. But now i am left with a huge pore where the closed comedone was, this pore will get clogged like those sebaceous filament on the nose but bigger.

Every time i squeeze out the filament it will get clogged again a few days later.

Is there anyway to stop it from clogging and make it go back to it normal size?
