I got this red thing on my face, suddenly appeared under my skin more or less in July last year. Never hurt and never swelled. Have greatly decreases the red since last year, but never completely disappeared. Anyone know what this is? This leaves scar?

maybe it was a pimple that never got to upper skin and over a year the skin overlaps and that what causes hyperpigmentation scars i guess

It could be some fibrous tissue. Is it hard underneath? It's impossible to tell what it is from that photo. Why not have a dermatologist look at it? They have devoted their professional lives to skin health and could offer a much more useful opinion than we could...

It is underneath the skin, but not hard (it's not a lump). Dermatologist in my country is very expensive, so I wanted to hear from someone who has had something similar.

I don't know what these are, but I get them sometimes. They do go away on their own.

It looks like pigmentation to me, it will go away on its own. Give it time. Sometimes hyperpigmentation can take a long long time to fade. Even more so if you are exposing this to the sun and not using SPF
