In high school, I never had that bad of acne (looking back) besides the occasional zit here and there. It has increasingly worsened in my 20's and at this point I feel like I've tried every wash/cream/pill/home remedy there is and want to know if others have experienced acne like mine and have found a product that works:

I usually break out a few weeks before my period with deep painful pimples along my jawline, by my ears, slightly on my neck right under my jaw, my back, chest and upper arms. some pop, but others just ooze a clear liquid and turn into a sore/cut type thing :(

I also have tiny little bumps all over my chin, they Arnt that noticeable to other people but are always there no matter what I do. They pop with pus when I squeeze them but never go away.

Benzoyl peroxide wash tends to make it worse and super dry. I've been on minocycline which sorta worked but didn't eliminate the acne.

Has anyone experienced this and know of something that can help?!

I guess you can say I'm in a similar position. I never had a pimple or acne in my high school years but right when I turned 18, I broke out a bit on my cheeks. I'm 21 now, and it's gotten quite severe.. Though, it's quite calm atm and most of what's remaining on my face is scars rather than active acne. Some benzoyl peroxide products tend to do that.. How long were you on it for before you stopped? And have you tried any products with salicylic acid? If not, you should give it a try.

I personally am seeing results with products that dry out my skin (such as benzoyl peroxide), but I still get new acne every couple of days :(

MINE GOT WORSE AS I GOT OLDER TOO BUT I FOUND THE SOLUTION!! I have and you may also have 'keratosis pilaris.' It's an overgrowth of skin cells. The extra skin cells plug your hair follicles. It's not dirt! Mine was always there. Like little chicken skin bumps on my upper arms and legs and then as I got older the only cure I found was to tan. That kept it at bay. I developed scalp acne too in my 20's. It was everywhere. Not really bad but everywhere. It's weird to have something like this happen and you keep trying things that may work for a week or two and then nothing. I am looking great now! I mean totally clear!! I was using Theraneem maximum strength bar body soap and Theraneem shampoo. The shampoo started to lose effectiveness by the end of the bottle for some reason but the bar worked great! I used quite a few of the bars (at $5 a pop) and I went back to good ol' Head and Shoulders. I still had the occasional scalp thing happen. Just one or two small ones a month, not noticeable, just annoying. Still not perfect but what I was used to. I've used every soap know to man it seems like, I even did Accutane twice regrettably! Theraneem was at a health food store (I went to find all natural products because I thought maybe I was allergic to the chemicals in regular soaps). Went to a regular doctor because I thought maybe I had a fungus overgrowth which effected my mood, skin, everything. She was not dermatologist and she knew what it was immediately and finally I got the diagnosis at 34 years old that I had 'keratosis pilaris' so I went online and searched "keratosis pilaris body wash" and up popped this soap from CVS in a pink bottle that says just that on it: "Keratosis Pilaris Body Wash." I had never seen that in all the years of searching online for acne cures because it says nothing about acne on it but 'keratosis pilaris' causes acne!! And I saw they had Extra Strength Head and Shoulders there (twice as much zinc). I use their conditioner too. I went ahead and bought some Caprylic Acid pills to take along with some really good refrigerated pro-biotics and take a shot ofchilled Apple Cider Vinegar every other day and avoid sugars and wheat. (eat corn chips or potato chips, there's pasta that's made out of rice or veggies, there's even wheat free rice, look for the gluten free section of foods, nicer pizza places even have a gluten free crust option, don't eat wheat!!) So now.... I am 100% cleared up and it's not from the tanning. I got clear and forgot to tan for a few weeks!! I still tan because I think it looks good. I know it's stupid but the tanning pill is supposed to come out in a year or so. Maybe. Look that up! You don't get the Vit D like you would from tanning but you can take that in a pill. I do every day 5000 mg. Look up the benefits there. You can take that much daily no problem. The daily requirements are about to be raised quite a bit for it. You body can 10,000 mg Vit D from 30 min of sun! Back to soaps I use. I use Proactive on my face and that keeps me clear. Because it's so harsh I don't use it the day before, the day of, or the day after tanning. Any of it. On those days I use the keratosis pilaris body wash, Witch Hazel on a cotton pad instead of the Step 2 Proactive, and an all Natural Moisturizer. I want to move away from Proactive because of all the parabens but it works great! (parabens mimick estrogen and they're in a lot of stuff) I'm looking good but I want to get the Zincplex shampoo and face wash maybe to see if that works. I really don't want to try something new since I'm COMPLETELY clear now but Zincplex is all natural too I think and the Shampoo isn't as harsh as the Extra Strength Head and Shoulders. I've been on this regimine for a few months with complete happiness after all this time. (about 20 years of having bad or not so bad acne) Some things to remember; if you get an all natural shampoo you should get the conditioner that goes with it, the Theraneem maximum strength bar is awesome but this CVS soap is the best thing I've ever used. I'm clear AND my skin is soft!! I'm through the first bottle and the second bottle is on the way. (no CVS here) I hope all of this helps you and if it does please spread the word and help others!! It's our duty to eachother!! Thank you and good luck!
