I have a few closed comedones that have been around for a long time but accutane finally push them to the surface into cysts.

There is a yellow pus on these cysts so i gently wipe them and the hard ball of pus just came out.

I believed that the pus had been there for such a long time , it had solidify.

What i like to know is , will the body be able to reabsorbed these if i left it alone or do you have to manually extract them?

i would say manually extract them if there at the surface and the head is white puss but do it right without causing further damage

Sounds like the membrane came out too. My dermatologist said that can happen. I'm a squeezer but I'm not encouraging you to do it. If it hurts or is unsightly I say pop it wipe with astringent and move on. Others will disagree.

I used an extractor to get mine to come out. I would ask your derm before you do anything! Especially if it's on your face. Luckily mine wasn't but good luck!
