Should I use Accutane? And If I should, what kind of dose would I have to take? I would like to take it preferably for a month during winter break, and my ideal situation is that my acne would be good enough next semester when I return to college. I'd still stay on it, but if it's going to make me look worse I wouldn't be able to do it.

All these pictures are taken from today, just in different lighting. The last pic is the oral medication I'm currently taking, has anyone experienced with it?

Going on accutane is something to discuss with a derm- but little things can be done to see if anything can improve. First drink only water- Yes i know it sucks big time. Nothing instant (because of the high salt content), Nothing creamy or has lots of dairy (ice cream, milk), No candy!, Nothing too Saucy (sounds somewhat nasty how i wrote it- but you get the point)- nothing very buttery.

-Snacks that are good (that i eat) are like pretzils with medium salt, original mini wheats, Carrots with dip, you get it- eat natural and fresh like

thanks for the tip!! I do only drink water, I hate soda. I go to college so I'm not going to lie, it's hard getting a good diet in. I mostly eat out / order in and almost never cook for myself. I just don't have the time. Also my schedule is pretty wack too, I usually sleep 3-5am and wake up around 7-8 am depending on the day. Then I'll take naps from 11am-3pm.

I am currently applying Ziana during the night time and Aczone during the morning. I also take the oral medication I put up a picture of in my original post.

I really would look into getting your diet in check before trying accutane. I'd also try other topicals like sodium sulfacetamide, bha, aha, azelaic acid, bp, etc. before trying accutane.

Your acne looks pretty light to me. I'd try other stuff before accutane. What have you tried?

I typed what I'm currently doing in my previous post. I am currently applying Ziana during the night time and Aczone during the morning. I also take the oral medication I put up a picture of in my original post.
