I'm interested in hearing a response to this as well. I think eggs definitely cause more black heads for me and eating more greens reduces them.

I believe it does under some circumstances. I say this because I went on the SCD diet and cleared my many forehead blackheads in about 2 weeks (before I gave up the diet because it was hard). I think this particular example has something to do with feeding your microbes certain things.
