Does it look like a burn or just hyperpigmentation? Amlactin has always been great for when I had hyperpigmentation issues.

Does it feel tender when you touch it or does the texture of the skin appear different than normal skin? If not I'd assume it's just hyperpigmentation.

I'd say it's probably just hyperpigmentation then. I've had some before that's super stubborn, but eventually it should fade.

I've read that tca peels do help with hyperpigmentation, but I've seen more people reporting success with lactic acid peels for that. I had really bad hyperpigmentation on my leg, and I used amlactin lotion which I think is 15% lactic acid, and it worked really well.

my tca peel is coming in tomorrow but my face has been peeling from the salycic acid peel so should i wait for until its done and also anyway to get rid of the peeling skin faster ?

I'd wait until it's done peeling just to be safe. I'd also do a test patch first before you do the entire peel.
