So my face is full of these red inflamed "pimples". I can't pop them because nothing comes out - no pus, nothing! They're just skin that's red and annoying. I have them all over my cheeks and they've been there for a long time... they just never seem to go away. I don't know how to classify them so I don't know how to look up treatments for them so I came here for help from you guys. Plus, my skin is also really red around my cheeks where the spots are and I don't know if I can classify it as rosacea?

My cleansing routine is fairly gentle: Cetaphil cleanser, Clean&Clear Essentials toner and Neutrogena Sensitive Skin moisturiser mixed with a tiny bit of tea tree oil. I do twice a day and I exfoliate once a week with the St. Ive's Apricot Scrub and I change my pillow case every week. I don't know how to get rid of these spots and it's making me really sad.

Please help! What do they look like to you guys? what could help get rid of them?
