You have small comedones on your forehead. Often they can be something other than acne. Its really hard to tell. I have a terrible monitor for this (TN panel) so color replication is not its best.

you could use 2.5% BHA product to go within the pore to treat this. AHA will efloliate the top and often make your skin red more than actually treating it initially. AHA is great for maintaince however. I have never had luck with BHA products they always make me break out worse. I have tried paula's choice, things from gardenofwisdom, Jan marini-it all somewhat helped but was not only expensive it didnt help enough. BP in this case might not work as its not inflammed nor showing infection; they are just filled with junk essential-dead skin cells, dried sebum. It will mildly exfoliate but not much else.

Buying trial kits its always better than the full product if you can. Other than that i really do not know until you try something and see if it helps.

read this and you will reduce or completely get rid of it , also your hair touch your foreheard or do you touch it everyday ? because bacteria from it can cause it or make it worst
