I would say your acne is leaning toward the severe side.

I don't want to scold you for saying "hop on accutane," but the wording makes it seem as if Accutane is a mild prescription. It is not. You should exhaust all other options before taking a pill.

First, I would say your acne looks very inflamed. I would suggest changing your diet to a anti-inflammatory diet. I know nothing about you so I can't recommend anything topically.
