First off welcome to the community~ Definitely a step in the right direction to getting some support with your skin.
It looks like you have moderate acne, I think your best bet would be to try and get set up with a dermatologist. If you're unable to see one right away the acne.org regimen is worth a shot.
I feel like I would be able to give you better advice if I knew what treatments you've already tried.
Feel free to reply to the forum post or message me, and I'll try and help you the best I can! (:

Thankyou Garret 🙂
I have a doctors appointment
soon with my
GP so I will ask him if he can refer me to a dermatologist, fingers crossed I will be able
to see one quickly.
I have only tried over the counter products, no prescriptions or anything.
I started off on Clinique's face wash, toner and moisturiser anti-blemish kit. Then I went on to using Avene's face cleanser, toner and exfoliator (cleanance K). I am currently using Aknedoron's cotton wool cleanser as my skin looks more red and irritated after washing with tap water. Along with this is use Vichy thermal water, Vichy hydrating cream, Vichy on the spot corrector, aloe vera and tea tree oil, my regime is
Morning - cleanser, thermal water, hydrating cream
Night 1 - cleanser, thermal water, hydrating cream, on the spot corrector
Night 2 - cleanser, thermal water, aloe vera, tea tree oil
I alternate between night 1 and 2.
My mum thinks headphones and going to sleep with hair products in my hair (product rubs onto pillow then onto my face) makes me break out. Some other factors that might be of use, I have a bamboo pillow case, wash pillow case and sheets every 2 nights, I consume a relatively high amount of sugar, don't let any unfiltered water touch my face, most my acne tends to leave red marks behind however I don't ever pick or pop, my acne is worst on my cheeks and the marks are worst on my cheeks and temples.
Sorry if I included too much detail, and thankyou again 🙂
Not a problem~ Glad I can help!
It's possible your GP might be able to give you something while you wait for a derm (I know the wait is usually 2-3 months for the first appointment here where I live in Canada) You could talk to him about getting "acanya or bezaclin" which is just benzoyl peroxide and a topical antibiotic combined.. in combination with your cleanser, thermal water, and hydrating cream that would make for a pretty good regimen!
Your hair is pretty short, I'm not sure if the products would be making to much of a difference, but you could always just wash your hair before bed~ You sound like you're in good habits with changing the pillowcases and everything, so that's a step in the right direction!
I don't find diet is a huge influential factor in my acne personally, just more-so crazy teenage hormones.. but try and find food that might be acne triggers for you. Also you could also try eating lower GI foods. Artificial sweeteners and citrus are the only two things I actually half think are bad for my skin, the rest doesn't seem to make a difference. Try not to stress over what you eat to much, sorta counter productive that way ;p
Keep us updated with how you get along! and if you have any other questions feel free~
Best of luck! (:
