If you don't have any acne elsewhere, and assuming that those red spots are now just scabs as opposed to active whiteheads and whatnot, I would say you have mild acne. As far as healing goes, if I'm pretty desperate for it to go away, I dab a little bit of polysporin/neosporin and then put a bandage over it so I don't pick at it. I don't know if this is GOOD for your skin necessarily, and I don't know if you will react to polysporin, but it usually quickens the process. I don't do it often for fear of long term effects to my skin, but sometimes the need arises. In general I also try to keep that area really moisturised so you don't get a lot of flakes when it's scabbing over.
yep looks pretty mild, but picking is not good - if there is a whitehead and you can't leave it alone, then be gentle, use clean hands gentle pressure then I put a salicylic acid over the top, stings but helps dry it up, then I dab on a little zinc cream...a little bit. like desitin for baby's bottoms, or I actually bought sudocrem...that is very healing, but do not slather it all over, just a small dab on the spot....and since it's white just do it at night
