Just 2 days ago, my acne was mild-moderate and nows it moderate-severe
This is taken from my webcam so its alot less red and isnt so noticable
what kind of acne does it look like?
My face is pink around the pimples, so it looks like my face has dotted with pink spots
The right side has BIGGER pimples
and left side has little pimples with speck of pus
remember this only happened in 2-3 days :'((((
LEFT SIDE OF FACE -
BEFORE -
AFTER-
for some reason i found that before photo ahhhhhhhhhhhhh i hate it................
RIGHT -
What is this madness??
I have never had pimples towards the bottom of my face before. It was always on the side of my face but now its SPREADING EVERYWHERE???!!!
I never get scars though, what im most scared about is the PIH thats goings to be left behind
i cant even imagine it
but thanks
I just want to know what might be causing this horrible breakout??????
Its getting worse and worse right now
Are the acne painful? Do you got oily skin?
Have you eaten anything strange recently, changed up your products, worn something new, etc? It seems kind of like an allergic reaction of sorts so maybe you should go through the last couple of days to see if anything might have triggered this reaction.
hmm, heres what i think i have done differently...
ranked from most suspicious to least
0. I had just suffered from an allergic reaction 2-3 weeks ago, It first made my face extremely red and hard
The the skin started to become dry
and then it began to crack and peel off. Over the course of that allergic reaction, my skin was super clear! The " before" picture on the topic post was taken right after the skin peeled off.
Now it is a week and a half since the skin was peeled off and my face literally exploded recently
1. I have used desonide lotion 2 weeks ago to combat my redness from previous allergic reaction (steroid cream)
I smeared it all over my face for 2 whole weeks
Literally no rednessa and face got very clear. For some reason, I thought the lotion was used to combat acne so i continued to smear it over my face then this happened
2. Since my skin is dry, I just go a cetaphil moisturizer
I used it
WITH the desonide lotion because i was dumb and stupid and thought i was smart for doing that
"look 2 birds with 1 stone! :D"
3. I have been taking doxycycline hyclate for a couple of weeks
4. Strange food i ate that i dont know of (unlikely)
5. took alot of tests and LOTS more tests coming up, stress?? (unlikely)
i would guess its because of the desonide lotion but i used it for a month and nothing has happened and this is so sudden (3 days)
and how long is this going to last??? ((((
Its getting worse and worse and spreading to every single corner of my face......
hopefully, it would go away by 2 weeks!!!
i just dont like how its gettin worse and ilve decided that i will give it 2 weeks without putting any products on my face to get better
so would this breakout be considered a allergic reaction, regular breakout or hopefully a purge? haha
and.... it would be funny if i recreate the "good" allergic reaction, it was to aloe vera gel, haha joking......

Quitting your topical products is a good idea - hopefully your skin will calm down. You did seem to have quite a list... What caused your initial allergic reaction, if you don't mind me asking. Is it possible that this is a 2nd allergic reaction towards the same thing? I wouldn't call this a breakout/purge...I don't think many people break out in comedonal acne/clogged pores, it's a kind of acne that usually builds up over time as opposed to overnight, as far as I know. If, after the 2 weeks, you decide to try some topicals again/return to your old products, I would suggest going one at a time so you can figure out which ones irritate your skin and avoid any interactions b/w products.
Let us know how it goes - good luck!
