My name is Amy and I have been battling mild acne for years. I've been seeing a very good dermatologist for 3 years and regularly have to get a facial once a month for it to go away but it's so mild i dont want to pay the $125.00 a month for a facial anymore unless i have the money so i want to know how to heal it naturally.
So, I did my research and cut all of the processed sugar out of my diet and even limit my intake of fruit because apparently i'm very sensitive to sugar. Then, I increased my protein intake and it made a difference! I think at least. The protein helps to regulate PH levels. I just want it permanantly gone now. Maybe it just takes a couple weeks.
Any thoughts?

i think you're on the way to what your skin needs, amy. i shared about my own journey to skin healing using natural methods and it took me a few years to reach this point of being satisfied with my skin. continue to pay attention to what works for you (and your skin) and stick to that.
