My nose is peppered blackheads. These blackheads have result in cysts makingme looking like Rudolph. I ice the cysts to make them subside faster. But eventually these cysts make their way back.

I have found that mandelic acid is good for clearing the skin of blackheads. However, I do no know which product is best suited for my skin. I have naturally oily skin, greasy hair and currently treat my skin with products similar to proactiv.

Specifically, which product would you recomend?
