Just don't scratch at it, be gentle when cleansing, and moisturize with a light touch and it should go away on its own. Gentle is key. For the longest time I used harsh products and it just made me break out too much. I was using like 10 things at night and in the morning. Now I just cleanse with the Cerave moisturizing cleanser and moisturize with the Cerave night cream.I do this once a day, at night. my skin has healed a lot. It feels so soft! But yeah, just be gentle with your skin. It took me one month to see improvement. Best of luck!
