I don't think I'm allergic to my hormones but their levels do get quite whacky if I don't control them with my lifestyle.

My hormone levels are perfect & never fluctuate, I think I am sensitive or intolerant of them (possibly) there are contradictions. Are you insulin resistant? Because that's easy to control through a Low GI diet, made no difference to me though of course.
