Black Pimple On Upper Cheek

Hello all,

I've currently been using the regimen and going throug the purging phase. But for the past 4-5 days I have had a pimple sprout from underneath a previous acne mark. It has basically hardened but it is completely black and I don't really want to pick at it. Will this go away?

It looks like it is blood that has dried under the skin (turning black). It should go away as it rises to the surface. I'm always in awe of people who don't pick, so much willpower!

It actually fell off this morning in the shower. I checked in the mirror and noticed there's a tiny bit of skin missing from where it was. I put some neosporin on it and I hope it doesn't scar.
