I have found a MIRACLE CURE. NO JOKE... I have had acne since i was 13 i am now 29. I noticed about two months ago after a weekend of drinking guinness that my skin looked a lot better than it would normally after a weekend of drinking. I then started drinking i can of guinness draught with my dinner and i have not had one spot since! Apparently guinness thins your blood or something and this may have something to do with it. My breakouts would always occur if i had to many carbs. If this sounds like the type of acne you have, give it a go.

Also found that dry ciders seem to do a simliar thing but their not as good as guinness. All Hail the blaCK STUFF.
