First of all that is not a cyst, there is no mistaking a cyst- that is a whitehead.

It doesn't quite look white enough, but it's close - you can sterilize a needle and very lightly prick right where the white head is, and apply gentle pressure to extract the pus.

Then put a dab of calamine lotion or whatever you usually put on to dry up the remaining part. Should be fine to cover with a dab of makeup in the morning.
