anything?? sorry for the impatience i'm just starting to get the teen acne thing and I don't want the inflamation to spread/get worse

If you have mild acne I'd say go for it, otherwise it might irritate your skin. Do you treat your acne with anything after you wash? Face washes are definitely a vital part of anyone's skin routine, but they don't do much by themselves. Benzoyl peroxide gel works pretty nicely (Dan has some on his site, and Neutrogena makes a cream that you could probably find at any drugstore), and I've also heard good things about salicylic acid.

mild to moderate..mostly just inflamation nothing cystic. it's what my mom gets for me, but I'm thinking neutrogena might be better.

i'm not sure if it matters tho a face wash is a face wash right?

Neutrogena probably won't do much more than Bliss Fabulous, but I don't have much experience with either so I wouldn't really know. What type of Neutrogena face wash are you thinking about?
