Honestly? To me it looks mild. You're lucky, the Lymecycline and BHA are obviously working really well for you! Try to worry about it less because I promise you it looks far worse to you than it does to anyone else. I bet the average person would barely even notice you had acne, especially if you appear happy and confident

Your acne seems mostly concentrated to where you shave, so there maybe be a connection there. Look at some of the shaving threads. Besides that your acne is mild like moonlitriver said

Thanks it's encouraging if it doesn't look too bad. I work with the public so it's often hard not to imagine people are noticing and staring.
