Sometimes out of no where i get this little bump on the side of my face or chin area that looks red and itches like crazy, but i dont scratch. It feels like its been irritated but i dont know how. its not a pimple either because it goes away after a good amount of time. kinda looks like a small bug bite but its not.

helppp

That's a rash. I've gotten that before it tends to happen when my skin is really dry. It usually goes away after half an hour.

I get something you describe when im outside when its hot with a sunscreen biking- heat rash. Mine goes away like 4 days later. But i also get a bumpy forehead if i eat food that i have sensitivities to- which thanks to my allergist is a lot of food.- but i live. or it can be a result of a product applied to your face. dunno

Sounds like a hives-like rash. Sometimes medications or topicals can cause this; are you on any of these?

You could try an anti-histamine to reduce the redness and irritation.
