Hi im recently being breaking out under my nose where the upper lip connects by the nostrils, its been a pain in the butt for me there aren't that big but they are noticeable, i put on arnica ointment on them i got like a few about 5 small and large to suck up the fluid and bacteria thats inside at morning for a few hours the wipe it off.Then at night to go to bed.I also use salicylic acid 2% oitment and night two under the other at night.I wake up wash my face with a clean&clear morning face wash to remove impurities and dirt and oil that i got over night this fash wash contains vitamin c to clean my skin.

I was my face in the morning , midday because i work out i sweat more by my nose where my acne is , then at night.
