I always had moderate acne (always in the same place of my face).

But this summer, it was getting worse than ever. Jawline, chin, neck. It expanded. I was wondering what I did different from the other months and it was:

I started my sexual activity. (you know, the guy touched my neck, face.. etc..)

After that, it was the first time in my life that my period came one week early!!!!!

I began to workout at the gym about 3 months ago. Maybe the sweat causes me the small pimples (no whiteheads or red pimples, just superficial ) But I do have small whiteheads in my chin, like 3-4

I was taking birth control pills last year, and my skin was better. But unfortunately, it caused me migraine so I stopped taking them.

HOW CAN I cure my acne without taking isotretinoin or oral contraceptives???? Is this possible?.. take a look

Ok. now you can check de pics.
I went to the dermatologist. today, and she said that I don't need antibiotics. She gave me a formula with salicylic acid (and other substances I don't remember) and told me not to drink cow's milk anymore and avoid sugar.
I must say, this summer I drunk too much milk (more than ever) and when I was with my bf I was drinking like 1 ltr of soda per day.
I will post my progress, and tell if it worked this for me.

I would call your acne mild not moderate. That is my opinion. I would say the accutane is not for your type of acne. As a matter of fact it is for severe acne that is resistant to treatments. I would think your skin would do great with the regimen here from acne.org. Or a BHA would be great for your skin. Paula choice offers a great selection of BHA products. If the SA doesn't do the trick for you. Which it really could! Give it atleast 2 months to work, everything takes time to work. Your acne looks like it is manageable its not huge inflammed acne by the looks of it so that is great! Can you give us an idea of what you have tired in the past so we could give you a better game plan

The only thing that I tried in the past (but it was not for my acne) was birth control pills. Suddenly I realized that my skin was clear. I was feeling great, because I didn't have to use make up!. They worked. But I couldn't take them anymore because they caused me migraine. I supposed my acne was hormonal.
I was reading about the cow's milk the day I posted the pics, and I stopped drinking it that day. Then, when I went to the dermatologist and she told me the same.. so I'm not going to drink that anymore! She told me about the hormones ! And then... I realize that my mom drinks a lot of milk like me and she has acne too.
I applied the treatment that my dermatologist gave me, which contains:
Salicylic acid.
Resorcinol.
Sulfur.
ethyl alcohol
distilled water
Propylene glycol.
Until now, I don't have new breakouts. I'm going to have infrared treatment... I hope my skin looks better
