So I've had this pretty bad acne/rash since Mid May after doing a juicing cleanse. I'm just trying to determine what this is and how to treat it. I have never had acne like this I follow a organic vegan gluten free diet and don't really eat anything processed on a regular basis.

My face is oily in the pics because I've been using coconut oil with tea tree oil and this is just after applying. My face is itchy and sore in certain areas. I am just not sure what to do anymore.

:(

It looks like acne to me, but it also looks like your skin got really irritated or something. ://

Out of interest, what did the juicing cleanse consist of? What fruits/veggies did you use? How long did the detox last? Is juice the only thing your body consumed?

Hmmm :/

Hi,

Acne and irritation, to my opinion, and like SapphireBeth said.

Coconut oil? Not coconut butter? Because I've just seen it here: http://www.acne.org/comedogenic-list.html

Due to the location of your acne it looks hormonal. Have you tried spiro or Bcp?

My guess is the acne forming and the juice cleanse is just a coincidence
