Can Not Popping Clear Up Mild/moderate Acne?

It's a long shot and you shouldn't be popping anyway (which I have always done due to self-esteem etc. Rather a red spot on my face than a yellow).

I read a review which picks out a good point and this won't affect all of you or I could be completely behind time. My spots, over the years, have gathered in areas. Firstly on and around my chin, now I have some on either side of my face which are marked and scarred. I've read that popping a spot can possibly spread it and create more around that particular area. I don't know how but I'm going cold turkey now and not touching any spot whatsoever. Again, I should have already been doing this!

Also only washing face with water.

If there at a head, pop them, they will heal quicker, but don't pick them! When popping pull the head apart rather than squeezing it will decrease chances of scarring and don't forget to wash your hands before touching your face

Done this a couple of times now and surprised it works. Thanks for the heads up.

I have a question about moisturizer though. I've noticed the past few days when I come out the shower after washing my face my skin goes all dry and it's really visible on my face, especially previous spots where it forms like a horrible flakey crusty layer. Where has this come from and is it normal?

I've just bought some Sanex moisturizer gel and used it on my face in the shower. Is this ok to use? How often should I use it?

Thanks
