Hi, So recently I noticed this on my body... I don't know whether it is a pimple/ zit/ cyst

If it is a cyst, which is my hunch what type of cyst could it be?

Also if it isn't any of the above, what could it be?? I'm really worried :/

It originally started off as a pimple.

Then I left it

Next day it became pussy and turned into a pussy bubble with a red ring around it.

Then I applied a topical / ointment

Then i Popped it and a lot of blood and puss came out. More so blood.

Now its got a white ring / layer around it and it has a read centered bump

Side notes: It hurts like hell when I touch / squeeze / come in contact with it. It's quite sore.

Any body have a clue what this could be?
